Howlong does shipping take and can I track my order?

While we take every precaution,unforeseen accidents can happen.If your item arrives damaged(e.g.,cracked frame,punctured box,or scraped canvas),please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and the packaging.We will prioritize your case and promptly arrange a free replacement.

Whocovers the shipping costs?

We provide Free Standard Shipping for all initial deliveries.However,please note that if you choose to return an item for personal reasons,the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Need it sooner?We offer Expedited Shipping if you’re in a rush!The cost depends on your shipping address and how big/heavy your chosen artwork is.

Mytracking says "Delivered," but I haven't received it. What should Ido?
